SUPPLEMENT STRIPS

Every blister pack strip of tablets or capsules has one side
which gives information on the batch number, date of manufacture, expiry date
and the MRP.

When you start using the strip, always use the other side of
the strip which does not have the above mentioned information printed on it.
The logic is that if you discontinue taking the tablets/capsules, you still
have the date of expiry on the strip intact since that part of the strip was
not used.

When you want to restart the strip, you can check the expiry
date before starting the pill. This ensures you do not take any pill past its
expiry date.
